The hosts of this unique hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even helping us out when our car broke down. They were incredibly kind and hospitable, providing assistance and opening up their home when needed. The bed was comfy and warm, and the bathrooms were updated with a fantastic, spacious shower. The location offered a stunning view of the valley, and it was conveniently close to local restaurants and the Monsanto Castle.
While this hotel had many positive aspects, it's important to note that it may not be easily accessible for individuals with physical handicaps. The path from the parking area to the hotel is hilly and includes cobblestone walkways.

We had the most amazing stay at this adorable little house in the heart of Monsanto. The interior, built with stones and wood, was truly unique and provided a cozy atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather, the bedrooms were well heated and ensured a comfortable night's sleep. Eloiza, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even treated us to a delicious homemade breakfast with ingredients from her garden. The terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. Eloiza was incredibly helpful, offering assistance with parking, luggage, and providing us with restaurant recommendations. We can't recommend this place enough - it's truly exceptional!
No complaints whatsoever! 😊

We had an incredible stay in a charming ancient house nestled in a picturesque village. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The house was beautifully renovated with modern amenities, including new kitchen appliances and comfortable beds. It was spotlessly clean and very peaceful. The homemade breakfast prepared by Eloísa was a delicious treat. Plus, the location offered breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.
While the house had its unique charm, it may not be suitable for those with difficulty climbing narrow stairs. the bed size may not be ideal for guests accustomed to king-sized beds.
